Honest, Fair, Efficient, Friendly and Informative Service. I can tell this is a business operated with integrity which is huge in this industry because of the dollar amounts that can be involved. Best service place in Brandon. I almost hesitate to share because they are my gem and I don't want them to become too busy to get me in! The owner is kind and helpful. I can tell he is the kind of business man and person that will do the right thing by people. I have been to Clarke Automotive three times. Once for a tire, once for an exhaust issue, and once for an oil change. I actually ended up there the first time becasue it was the closest location I could be towed to after blowing a tire on I-4. They gave me an excellent price on a tire purchase & installation in an emergency situation. A lot of places would take advantage of the fact that I was stuck there & had no other choice, but this business didn't. I went back the next time I had an issue - my exhaust. They took me and showed me the pipe taken out and where it had been damaged, what that was causing, and why it had to be replaced. They won't charge you to replace a part if it can be fixed. I went today for an oil change. Best rate in town and again friendly and efficient. I'll never go anywhere else as long as I live here. Having a mechanic you can trust when you don't know a great deal about cars, especially as a woman, is invaluable. Thank you, Clarke's Automotive!

Bob Clarke is a very honest businessman who does his best to please his customers. H eis very knowlegeble and reliable and also very friendly. He is almost loke a member of the family. I trust my cars with him totally.

What a great experience. Needed minor/major repairs on a used Beetle. You all were so pleasant, nice and apparently very knowledgeable mechanically - have had no trouble whatsoever with the car. So, just for routine maintenance or whatever may happen, you have my business. It is comforting to find people who can be trusted. I pray God's blessing on your lives and business for that character trait that for the most part seems to have been lost by a good percentage of the population.

Mr. Clarke is very knowledgeable and honest and his people are obviously cut from the same mold. I needed extensive work to bring my 2003 Tundra maintenance up to date. Mr. Clarke and I talked extensively about my intentions for the vehicle, how we should proceed and what it would cost. He inspected the truck and we agreed on a plan to address Toyota's maintenance requirements and my specific concerns. He evaluated every part (and did not change some that were still in very good shape)and at the end of the day I had a great running truck and no suprises at checkout. I will be using Clarke Automotive form now on for all my vehicle maintenance needs.

Switching rims on my '89 Jeep, with rims purchased on craigslist. The size was incorrect but we were unable to identify this issue until the tire was actually taken off to compare. Clarke brought me into the shop to show what occurred, switched back to the original rim, and never charged for this internet cluster. Thank you Clarke Auto for not making a negative issue worse.
