Both Bob and Matt were Courteous and helpful. Matt provided a good overview of the car's mechanical status and made several recommendations for future consideration.

If I had known the total cost for replacing the door ajar switch I would not have opted to have it done. The part was a reasonable price but I was not told about the diagnostic work or the labor which meant a lot more money.

Prompt and Professional I found Clarke Automotive on Angie's List and it had many rave reviews. I made an appointment with Matt for the next day for some preventive maintenance. My car was taken back on time and my wait was just as I was told. While waiting, I met other patrons who have been going there for years. This made me feel really comfortable. I would highly recommend this family owned business.

Bob has worked on our vehicles since we came to Fla in 2006. He does great work and stands behind it. We had a problem reoccurred it was fixed no charge no problem. It's a pleasure doing business with an honest person. We STRONGLY recommend Clarkes

Unfortunately my car broke down and I had it towed by AAA who recommended Clark's Automotive. I'm new to FL and I was looking for a reputable shop. My car got towed early in the morning around 7:15 am and to my surprise they were already open. I walked into the office and was greeted by a young gentleman named Matt. Instantly, I felt comfortable and I knew I came to the right spot. They were very professional and kept me in the loop at all times on what was happening with my car. I then met Bob, the owner, who took the time out to actually just talk to me about " life in general" I sat there for about an hour listening to their phone calls and how professional and how they valued each person on the other end of that line. I Left Clark's Automotive feeling good about my "life in general" talk with Bob and also feeling like I didn't get taken advantage of with the price and being a female. I felt they treated me with respect and I felt valued as a customer. I proceed to go to work and told my co-workers about my experience at Clark's Automotive and Highly recommended them to everybody and I believe that Clark's Automotive will be getting more customers to come!!! I have lived in Brandon for fifty six years and seen a lot of businesses come and go. Bob Clarke Automotive Systems is simply the finest automotive repair shop I have ever experienced...the absolute best this area has to offer. Bob and his employees communicate clearly, fully and happily. Whenever there has been an issue, and we all know issues are sometimes a part of auto repair, Bob has stepped up and more than made things right. We have five cars in our family, and the only place they will ever go for repairs is Clarke Automotive.

This was my first visit to Clarke Automotive and was very happy with the service. Matt was very helpful and explainted all the problems to be and answered all the questions I had. YOu can be sure that I will take my car back when neede.

They were very efficient and competitively priced. Bob Clarke is a great guy -- he explains everything and shows you what needs done. I will recommend his shop to all my friends.

Wouldn't use anyone else for auto repair.
