i went here about a year ago i was pregnant and my car wasn’t accelerating and i expressed to them that i need my car to be able to give my kids transportation. Anyways i asked them to do a diagnostic and to help me figure out the problem long story short they claimed they didn’t know the problem and then charged me 800+ for “cleaning my engine”. i took it to a shop that my people knew and they told me i needed a new transmission. any “good mechanic” would’ve been able to figure that out!! i wouldn’t recommend going here they only got serious when i sent my kids father & my dad up there.

Everyone at Clarke Automotive does great work and are very detailed and professional in evaluating your vehicle. Recommend best in Brandon.

Friendly staff, customer service great, it's the little things to me such as printing out images showing what was done, eg. Dirty engine filter. A complementary ride back home, while having my vehicle worked on. And if interested, they give you a breakdown of maintenance that we'll be required on your vehicle sometime in the future. The issue I was having has been resolved. Thank you to the technicians as well. And the office personnels took the time to go into detail when I had questions.

My experience at Clark’s Auto the office was clean and comfortable the atmosphere thoughtful and curious the customer service was great repairs explained thoroughly and was very helpful pricing is fair but, you can’t put a price on good customer service now days it’s a rare experience I will be returning for continuous up keep on my car and sharing my experiences with others

I was simply amazed that they were able to help me with an urgent issue, not only same day, but within an hour of calling them. I was moving to Atlanta literally the next day, and the team at Clark resolved a suspension problem that would have otherwise ruined my moving plans. Professional, knowledgeable, and creative mechanics, and Matt at the counter was outstanding. Quite possibly the best automotive service experience I’ve ever had!

Know what they are doing. Attention to detail. May be a higher on some services than competitors

Went to Clarke's Auto for my timely oil change. Spoke with Becky and made appointment. As usual got there, job was done and advised of what will be needed in future with no pressure felt. They are my only go to Mechanics for my car in Brandon or anywhere. Thanks Matt and Becky !
