First and foremost, I want to thank Clark Automotive for their honesty and professionalism it’s rare these days. Heres a quick story about honesty…If you’re like me, you probably assume every auto shop is out to scam you. I took my car to two different places before coming to Clark, and both told me I needed an alternator. Needless to say, I was mad Halloween-mask-not-needed mad!!! I called Clark Automotive and spoke with Matt, who gave me a fair quote for the repair (about the same as other shops). When I arrived, Billy Jo greeted me with the same professionalism. After the actual mechanics at Clark examined my vehicle, they discovered the issue wasn’t the alternator at all just the battery. The fix ended up costing less than half of what I expected. They could’ve easily charged me for a repair I didn’t need, and I would’ve never known but they didn’t. Instead, they were upfront, honest, and even pointed out a few other things that should be looked at later. If you want a shop that values integrity over profit, Clark Automotive is the place to go. I’ll definitely be a returning customer!
