Ray, the mechanic on my truck...did an excelent job.

My 22-year-old son has a 2015 Dodge Challenger that has been giving me headaches since we bought it four years ago! 😩 When his car broke down, I called numerous automotive shops trying to get quotes and figure out where to have it towed. It was actually while waiting for the tow truck to arrive that I came across Clarke Automotive during an online search, and I’m so glad I did! From the very first phone call, their customer service exceeded my expectations. They were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. What really stood out to me was that out of all the places I contacted, Clarke Automotive was the ONLY one that asked for the vehicle’s VIN! That immediately gave me a good impression of their attention to detail. The problem turned out to be exactly what we suspected: a faulty fuel pump. Something else that reassured me was when the tow truck driver mentioned that they bring vehicles to Clarke Automotive on a daily basis. That made me feel even more confident about my decision. After four years of dealing with headaches over this car, I cannot express how relieved I am to have finally found an automotive shop I feel I can trust! Excellent customer service, professionalism, and a great first experience. I will absolutely be returning for any future automotive needs and highly recommend Clarke Automotive! ❤️

Great service

This repair was for my daughters car, a 2009 Honda Pilot. Had to have the car towed there since it could not be driven. Toby let us know when it arrived, gave us the diagnostic for repairs along with other recommended maintenance due to mileage but left that decision to us. Promptly completed work within estimated timeframe for a fair price. This was our first time there and will return.

Thank you for your team's excellent service. I appreciated the attention to detail and the consistant effort to communicate what was happening with my automobile.
