Brake Repair & Service in Brandon

Your vehicle’s braking system is one of its most important safety systems. At Clarke Automotive, we provide complete brake service and repair, from routine brake pad and rotor replacement to diagnosing ABS warning lights and today’s advanced electronic braking systems.
Brake Pads & Rotors — We Sweat the Small Stuff
When performing a typical brake pad and rotor service, we sweat the small stuff. That means cleaning and inspecting the caliper sliding pins, properly cleaning the brake pad mounting areas, and applying high-temperature brake lubricant between the caliper bracket and new hardware clips where appropriate.
We support the brake caliper during service instead of allowing it to hang from the rubber brake hose, and we inspect the caliper piston dust boot to make sure it is properly seated and not twisted or pinched.

ABS & Advanced Braking Systems
Modern brake systems can involve much more than pads and rotors. ABS is now closely connected with other vehicle safety technology, including Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and features such as Adaptive Cruise Control. Because these systems communicate with one another, diagnosing a brake or ABS warning light may require much more than replacing a mechanical part.
At Clarke Automotive, we continue to invest in the training, tooling, and knowledge needed to diagnose and service traditional brakes as well as today’s advanced electronic braking systems.
