I have been a customer of Clark Auto for many years and they have always done a great job. They review all extra work with me and do not do any work without my authorization. They have kept my 2009 Chevy Traverse running great for 143,000 miles so far.

Great service, professional attitude, and attention to detail. All work and pricing is explained in detail prior to it being done and quality parts are used.

As usual everything was done to a high standard. We did encounter some problem with my entry device; but it was corrected in a few minutes and explained to me what happened. Mr. Clark personally came out to check on it assured me if it happened come back to the shop to correct it.

After Ford told me to replace my engine due to sludge seem to turn me away without even trying as their vehicles are overpriced as it is difficult to do with one tenth of the cost that Ford offered my truck is running great but will not be taking it to any other place I was on my F150 so I immediately took my wife's Toyota Tundra into them and got a complete work over on it and it completely thrilled runs fantastic it's nice to find an actual mechanic instead of just an oil change tire change facility

My last experience with Bob Clark Automotive was one of the best experiences dealing with a mechanic! More like a close personal friend, Bob sat me down and discussed all the options I had with all honesty. We discussed what needed to be done immediately and what could wait down the road and was not necessary. the anxiety that I felt from my Automotive problems slipped away as I felt I was in good hands. He even help me out with a rental car which Enterprise gave me an extreme discount because I was a customer of Clark Automotive! All in all this was the best experience and I literally could not be happier with my treatment.
