Took my 2012 Jetta GLI to Clarke’s for a second opinion after a miserable experience at a local dealership..Right from the start they were friendly, understanding and most important-HONEST! Clarke’s was able to diagnose the issue right away unlike the dealerships failed attempt-they never bothered hooking up the car and scan for error codes. Matt answered all my questions and explained everything in detail prior to doing the work. Price of the repair was very reasonable and I also received 10% off the total amount of the bill for being a first time client. My Jetta is now running better than ever! I had an electrical problem with one of my vehicles for several months that I tried getting repaired with several, reputable mechanics in T withampa and none could figure the problem out The problem was getting worse till it started effecting other things. I took it to Clarke's Automotive and they found the problem within a day a took care of it. I recommend them to anyone who doesn't want to run around and have mechanics play the guessing game with them. Best in town, hands down.

I had the AC evaporator replaced on my 2008 Cadillac CTS by Clarke Automotive. Having had all the maintenance & repairs performed at the Cadillac dealership, needless to say I was skeptical about having the work done by non Cadillac Tech. The repair, customer service, honesty, and professionalism I experienced with Clarke Automotive was superb!! I will definitely be back for any mechanical needs!!

I took my Honda Civic for a second opinion following a oil change at a chain store. Clarke Automotive checked my car and then gave me an honest recommendations. The chained store actually lied to my fiancee and I about several very expensive repairs/maintenance. We won't be taking our vehicles to anyone else!
