I have taken all my cars to bob’s for many years and what keeps me coming back is the level of integrity that I am shown by the Bob and the staff. They are honest about the repairs needed and consider the clients budget. Most recently we experienced quite a challenge with the repairs on my vehicle but Bob’s personal attention and tenacity to determine the cause reflected his commitment to his clients. They may not be the least expensive but great customer service and quality of work is worth the difference!

Excellent Service! They took on an unusual challenge with my vehicle when they didn't have to do so. I have a trike motorcycle with a car engine in it which is made in Germany. They took on the task of having to pull the entire motor and change four major components without ever having seen the vehicle before. They work was done within the time constraints which they could control. It was difficult to obtain parts for the vehicle, but once they had them, they got right to it and the repairs were made. I am back up and running now and really appreciate the hard work that Scott, Matt and Ray put into my situation. Thank you for being such professionals!

I recommend Clarke Automotive to anyone for service to their vehicle. Everyone at Clarke Automotive is very personable, polite and professional. I have been a customer for approximately ten years and have been treated the same way by Bob Clarke and his staff on every visit. Their work has been completed efficiently and their fees are very reasonable. Unless there is a factory recall, Clarke Automotive is the only place I will take my vehicle for service.

I went here because my care was running hot and also because my friend recommended me. Scot and Matt were really nice and sweet. They explained everything to me and walked me through what the problem was. Not only did they tell me the problem but they also told me other problems that were wrong with the car but unfortunately the car has a knock in ghe engine and he told me that I might as well not do any repairs then. I am happy because I feel like many people would not even inform you that getting repairs is not in my best interest. Many other people would just not tell you anything and have you think thats only wrong with the car. I felt really well taken care of here and I do recommend it to anyone.

Very professional. I feel like they researched prices and came up with the best practical price. Very courteous and professional in all aspects of my repair experience right down to the shuttle service. I will definitely use them again to keep my vehicle running.
