We have been going to Clarke Automotive for a couple of years now and have always loved the service and price, but today I was super impressed with the quality of service they deliver. I arrived a little late for my appointment and most of the techs were on their lunch break so I was asked if I could wait and I said I would just come back later b/c I had another appointment across town but Matt (who is a tech but also helps at the front desk) decided to forgo his lunch break to change my oil…WOW!! Love this place and love the people!! We take our cars here for all of our service needs and will never look elsewhere! Seriously cannot beat the price or service!!

A trustworthy repair shop is hard to find but this one is trustworthy. I have saved hundreds by not being sold things I do not need right away.

Clarke Automotive Systems is the most honest and knowledgeable auto shop I have ever been to, in my life. Being new to this town, I feel very blessed that I have found my auto mechanics for life. Their work is very thorough and they guarantee it for more than 90 days. I will tell everyone I know about Clarke Automotive Systems.

Best service for reasonable prices. I have been using Clarke Automotive for years now and believe that you cannot find a better place to have your car serviced. They do everything from complete engine overhaul to selling the best tires. All at a price that I think is lower than their competition.Bob, and Matt are truly honest and will help you sort through what is necessary and what can wait till later. They'll keep you on the road.

I am amazed at the over the top level of commitment to my satisfaction delivered by each of the staff at Clarke Automotive. Each of my cars receive a complete repair at a cost that is less that any other repair shop in the area. As is the case on rare instances that I have had a previously repaired component fail, Bob, Matt, and the technicians all focus not on the failure but the reason for the failure. During a recent repair a part failed that should not have and it was replaced without hesitation by Clarke Automotive and no additional cost to me. This may vary depending on the manufacturers warranty on parts but the fact is that Bob and his crew extended themselves to cover me when is was necessary. I could not be a happier customer. This level of service is hard to find and impossible to find at other shops.

Diligent in their analysis of the problem. Efficient in the repair process. Thorough in the testing of the fix to validate the repair. A pleasure to deal with. I felt informed every step of the repair process.

We've been taking our vehicles to Bob Clarke's for the past 10 years, and he and Matt (and the rest of their team) are always professional, technically proficient, and forthcoming with the truth. They explain everything, and offer alternatives to help meet our needs. I now live near MacDill AFB, but I gladly make the drive there whenever I need some work done on one of our vehicles. Filing a BB complaint. They were suppose to repair my sons AC and they have had nothing but problems ever since. My son is a police officer and an active duty reservist. I am also going to contact Channel 8 on Your Side.

Bob doesn't sell me more than what my vehicle needs at the time of service. He is an honest auto repair businessman and that is hard to find these days.

Clarke Automotive Systems is a shop of caring, knowledgeable and honest people. With me being new to Florida, finding a shop that wasn't going to try and take advantage of me would have been an issue, if it hadn't been for my AAA Tow Driver.
