Had an emergency repair and called at approximately 3:00 PM On 3/08/22 the next day and was told if I got the vehicle there before 6:00 PM they would probably have it repaired. I arrived at 5:15 PM l and left the vehicle over night. Received a call at 3:15 PM on 3/09/22 that the vehicle was ready. Have used Clarke Automotive in the past and will continue to do so. Everyone I have interacted with at Clarke Automotive is professional, polite, patient and understanding. They take the time they need to make sure you are satisfied. The should be the poster persons for auto repair shops.

As always, they took care of my vehicle, arranged to get me back to my vehicle to get my car. This is a good honest facility and I know I can trust them to take care of all my automotive needs

I think I have finally found a place I can trust to bring my vehicles and not get ripped off. They spent time to explain why the repairs were needed and did not try to just add things to create revenue. Thank you for your honesty and putting the needs of the customer first.
