Great shop, had a brake problem that took longer than expected to get the part for and clarke credited me back some money since I had to rent a car unexpectedly. Also didn't try to sell me new tires when I brought them some old ones to save me some money. This shop isn't just after money they do the right thing.

Absolutely thrilled with the service I received from Clarke Automotive! My Van's AC was not blowing through main vents, and with summer in full swing, and a trip coming up I needed it fixed ASAP. I was bracing myself for a hefty repair bill, but to my pleasant surprise, they not only diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly but did so at an incredibly reasonable price. I’m beyond satisfied with the cool breeze now flowing through my Van main vents on these sweltering days. Matt and the whole team are the best! My battery died today, a Saturday, and I called to see if they could confirm. Matt said they could, but would have to order a new one that wouldn't be in until Monday, but they would squeeze me in for the last appointment as I work 45 mins from them. When I got there they confirmed it was dead, but Matt went the extra mile and ordered the battery right after I got off the phone with him just in case, and by doing so made it right before the cutoff time for same day delivery, so they were able to replace it on the spot! They saved me so much time and push starts (my car is a stick)/jump starts! Thanks again!
