Clarke Automotive did a tune up on my 2004 Honda Accord and also an alignment. When I drove it back home, it was like driving a new car! Thanks a bunch Bob & Matt!

This was my first visit to Clark Automotive.. Bob, the owner, was wonderful to deal with on the phone as well as in person.. It was very refreshing to not be treated as "just a customer". It was like I had been transported back to a time when having a rapport with customers and their satisfaction meant something.. I found all the staff to be very personable and professional. From what I observed, they are extremely customer oriented and strive to provide quality service.

Clarke Auto provides the best service at a reasonable price. it is easy to provide good service if time and money are not considered, but Bob does this with low cost and excellent service. Something that is very hard to do in today's business environment. He cares for his customers.

Clarke Automotive has been doing our vehicle repair and maintenance since 2005, and I have been very pleased with the detailed service they provide. I find them extremely thorough and very honest. As a matter of fact, they sometimes do not charge me a diagnostic fee when I bring my vehicle in and they do not find anything that needs a repair. I have used several automotive repair businesses over the years, and Clarke Automotive is by far the best!

I was in a bind with no where to turn to. Mr. Bob provided me with a peace of mind and treated me like a human being. Mr Bob treats you like family, not another customer.

Getting a car serviced and repaired is always a very pleasant experience. Their customer service and communication is excellent. They do what they say and there are never any surprises. Bob makes sure that his customers know exactly what they are doing and what it will cost.

Brought my Sonata to Clarke Automotive for a second opinion after the local Hyundai dealership gave me list of "necessary/urgent" expensive repairs, i.e. brakes, timing belt, tires, etc. All of this was identified when the car was brought to the dealership for recall fixes. After the second opinion, the only thing that was needed was a pair of front tires and even they were not urgent. Bottom line is that Clarkes saved me a significant amount of money in unnecessary repairs and I will have them install a pair of tires in the near future. Bob and Matt have treated me fairly in the past and it is a pleasure doing business with them.

They are so wonderful! I missed my scheduled appointment date and they got me in within the next week and I was barely there an hour! These guys are the best!!!
