I have never brought my 2012 Mustang (which I named Merlin) to anyone other than Ford dealers. I was very nervous for someone else to work on Merlin. Clarke took excellent care of my Merlin! They did fantastic work for a fantastic price. They are now Merlin's new mechanics!!

Very friendly staff, took the time to get to know me and my car issues. I noticed a lot of return customers who Matthew knew by first name. He offered me inexpensive solutions to my car issues without trying to sell the most expensive option. Takes the time to get to know you and your vehicle. Since I can't write 2 reviews, I'll add to my previous one: Good People, Good Service, Trustworthy. They possess the things you want in a person, in a business, in a mechanic. Top notch all the way. Bob, Matt and their crew have put me back on the road today, and they help me get the most out of my 2007 VW rabbit. I can't recommend them enough. I am a customer for life...thanks guys!!!

Bob and Mathew are extremely professional and will give you the honest mechanic experience. I have been here multiple times both without being over charged and always with a thorough explanation that is easy to understand. He also gives you pricing options so as to not destroy your wallet. He is fair and cares.

I was very impressed by the honesty and courtesy I received at Clarke Automotive. Mr. Clarke took the time to explain to me the pros and cons of fixing my high mileage car versus buying or leasing a new car. I am grateful that Mr. Clarke put my peace of mind over his own financial gain. He could have just advised me of the repairs needed, knowing that I would be back sooner rather than later to have his shop address other issues. Instead, he advised that getting a new car was probably a better choice and even gave me advice on the car leasing process. Thank you Mr. Clarke! Your shop will definitely be my choice for future car repairs.
