I was very impressed by the honesty and courtesy I received at Clarke Automotive. Mr. Clarke took the time to explain to me the pros and cons of fixing my high mileage car versus buying or leasing a new car. I am grateful that Mr. Clarke put my peace of mind over his own financial gain. He could have just advised me of the repairs needed, knowing that I would be back sooner rather than later to have his shop address other issues. Instead, he advised that getting a new car was probably a better choice and even gave me advice on the car leasing process. Thank you Mr. Clarke! Your shop will definitely be my choice for future car repairs.

My first experience with the Clarke family was after a friend of mine brought her vehicle in to them to be serviced. I picked her up to take her to get her vehicle and she raved about the service that she had received from these folks. When we arrived, we ended up having a 30 minute conversation with Bob Clarke who may just be one of the most friendly and polite people I have ever come across. Her vehicle has never run as well as it does now. When it was time for a little service on my vehicle, there was no question where I was going to take it. After a quick test drive and a few minutes on the lift, they were very quick to diagnose my issues. Instead of just slapping a price on me, Bob was upfront and honest about what the real issues were and what wasn't quite so serious. He put together a plan for my vehicle that was both honest and fair. After another great conversation about things completely unrelated, I was on my way. I left feeling great about life. It's good to know that there are people who still do business the way that Clarke Automotive Systems does. They not only know how to earn your business but also keep you coming back time and time again.

Always happy with the service here. Not the cheapest in town but it will be done right. They are very straight forward.
