Not only were the gentlemen at Clarke very kind and effective, they are also priced competively. I called around to two other shops in the area asking for the exact same thing and I was being charged hundreds of dollars more. I drive a BMW and repairs can get COSTLY. I felt the price that I paid with Clarke was fair and reasonable. They worked fast and efficiently and my car is running just as it did before I had any issues to begin with. Great service, professional attitude, and attention to detail. All work and pricing is explained in detail prior to it being done and quality parts are used.

As usual everything was done to a high standard. We did encounter some problem with my entry device; but it was corrected in a few minutes and explained to me what happened. Mr. Clark personally came out to check on it assured me if it happened come back to the shop to correct it.
