I took one of our cars in to Clark automotive seeing that they had good ratings. I made an appointment for 9:00 a.m to do a inspection and an oil change. I figured Id just wait because I had nothing to do. At 1 they told me there were some other issues, I decided to have them fix (took 4 hours for oil and inspection with an appointment) I get my car back only to realize they forgot to put 4 screws back. Which caused part of the wheel well to become damaged...Fast forward like 2 weeks. Check engine light comes on (different mechanic) finds that some things were not plugged in correctly (super sketchy) and it looks like there was some fluid leaking from one of the spots they "fixed" due to the seal being installed incorrectly. So basically they fixed my car and did 5 simple things wrong... it took them two days to do like 4 hours worth of work... also took my other car in for breaks, took them three hours to tell me I didn't need breaks.... Thought because they were nice and appear to be honest that they would be a good place, however I was wrong... also he calls people to try to get them to change their reviews. I heard him talking to them during the 4 hour visiting

They are fast, accurate, and efficient. Everything is thoroughly communicated, and nothing is done unless you want it to be done. I will recommend them to anyone! Prices are fair, and not anything too expensive. Great atmosphere and wonderful experience. 10/10!

The service on my vehicles is so good that I drive all the way from Orlando to have my cars worked on. Clarke Automotive has ASE certified techs that are the best. Problems are resolved by not just replacing broken parts but by solving the problem by resolving the cause of the part failure. Hard to do but worth the travel for me. I would recommend Clarke Automotive to anyone.

Not friendly at all! Wouldn't recommend. after they fixed one issue, they cause another one which mechanic admitted it was there fault . Owner (father) was rude as hell and kept implying they didn't cause it, which they did. If only he could've of been man about it and just took ownership of there fault and I would of been on my way. It not like I spent chump change there, over 2000 grand. They won't rude when they took my money, Never again!
