Had my car towed there on a Saturday for a misfiring engine. Called to give them my info and a rundown of the problem. Was greeted on the phone by the owner, Bob, who showed genuine concern for getting my car repaired and back to me quickly, despite the fact it was a weekend. He followed up with me throughout the day as promised, with diagnosis and quote. Once I Ok'd it, they got to work right away. By Monday afternoon they were calling to inform me it was ready for pick up, and even offered to come get me. They were fairly priced, and despite the other issues with my car that I've had on the back burner, they were honest about the urgency of those repairs, instead of exaggerating them to make more money. I've got 2 vehicles in my driveway and they now have a life long customer for anything that I need in the future. Thanks Clarke team, you guys are awesome!
