I had an issue with my Lexus and been trying to diagnose the problem. Without going and paying any fees a representative talk led to me for about 15 minutes walking me through possibilities of my engine issues. I could tell you I’ve called several places and they all want me to bring the car in with the excuse that we can’t really tell you what’s wrong with it until you bring it in, which translates to we want to charge you before we give you any ideas of what the problem is. They were very informative and I was highly impressed that they took so much time to help me make the right financial decision on the repair of my vehicle. Whether I use them or not I can tell that they’re trustworthy and hope that their repairs are at the same high standards as their customer service. Very impressed!
