Consistently honest and good! Very rare in today's world!

Shop seemed ok for my fleet vehicle. I sent my son there with his 2001 Altima. Spent thousands there...last visit spent over $1300 for a catyltic converter...next day his engine blew up. No help from Clarke...no caring of why this happened and had to dispose of car. Lmk if you need detail...sad that this happened and feel bad for my son.

Honest and helpful

Lack of transparency in planning on how to fix my issue. They actually did the work without my approval and then tried to charge me a price I had not agreed on. I’m rating 5 stars because of the way in which the issue was resolved. The remediation worked out and we were able to come to an agreement on price after the work was done. Employees were humble enough to admit their error and provide a way to fix the obvious issue. They did so calmly and in a professional manor.

I had an issue with my Lexus and been trying to diagnose the problem. Without going and paying any fees a representative talk led to me for about 15 minutes walking me through possibilities of my engine issues. I could tell you I’ve called several places and they all want me to bring the car in with the excuse that we can’t really tell you what’s wrong with it until you bring it in, which translates to we want to charge you before we give you any ideas of what the problem is. They were very informative and I was highly impressed that they took so much time to help me make the right financial decision on the repair of my vehicle. Whether I use them or not I can tell that they’re trustworthy and hope that their repairs are at the same high standards as their customer service. Very impressed!
