I was completely informed before, during and after the five-step process to repair our car: straighten the frame, replace a bent wheel, replace a blown tire, perform a front-end alignment, and check the brakes for leaking fluid. This was all done efficiently, with great care and consideration toward my every possible need, including the offer for a low-cost rental vehicle if necessary. Also, the final bill came in at half of what we had expected to pay. No padding here! Bob, his wife Barbara and his son Matt all work together in their office. Each brings their special gifts every day so that clients receive the best service anywhere. How do I know this? I have lived in this town 57 years and dealt with many local mechanics...some great, many not so good.
