I've been going to Clarke for the last 8 years for almost every issue I have. The fact that he want's to know what's actually wrong with the vehicle instead of just slapping together a quick fix and sending you on your way is one of the main reasons why I always come back to them. That and he'll tell you exactly what the issue is and where you likely stand long term with your vehicle.

Setting up an appointment was easy and at a time that suited me. I needed my car back by a certain time and it was ready before that time! I asked for an evaluation of the condition of my tires in addition to the work that the car was scheduled for that day. This was provided to me. They could have easily told me I needed four new tires immediately and I would not have been the wiser. However, I was told that new tires were on the horizon but were not an immediate requirement. This is a truly honest business and I feel confident they only do necessary work and never up-sell. I would recommend Clarke Automotive in a heartbeat.

I went to Clarkes when no one else knew what was wrong with my car but everyone was willing to charge me without any answers. They figured out what was wrong with my car in a day and repaired everything for half the labor cost. They are so welcoming and kind every time i need help. They even offered a warranty on all the parts and labor of everything they repaired.
