I appreciate the communication and quality of work I received when working with Bob. I'm new to the area and Clarke automotive came highly recommended and I see why.

Clarke is very thorough. They took time to explain all recommended service as well as what to expect over the next 10-20K miles. Pricing was explained prior to and at pick up. No surprises! Atmosphere/facility was clean and friendly. I felt as though they cared about my car and me as a customer. I much prefer to use a locally owned company over the Honda dealership!

Bob and Matt Clarke are arguably the most honest repair guys I've dealt with, which is surprising these days. Having an automotive background I expected at least some BS, but they were strait shooters about a brake job issue on my Nissan Titan that was going to take a couple of days. They really went the extra mile to take care of me and my truck knowing I had 3 little kids that I had to transport. I am as skeptical of repair shops as anyone, but I would highly recommend Clarke Automotive to anyone after how they treated me. I'm fairly new to Brandon, so it’s nice to have a go to repair shop I can trust.

Mr Clarke and Matt have kept my three 'Toyota's running for the last 15 years. From Oil changes to timing belts, nothing they couldn't take care for me in a timely manner. Just in for a squeaky belt noise on Highlander, tightened things up didn't even charge me. Once waiting for oil change overheard Mr. Clarke offer a discount to young Military couple needing repairs... God Bless him for that ! Great repair shop won't go anywhere else....

I took my car to Clarks auto repair and paid $107 for a diagnostic test on the motor, they called me no later then 1hr and said I needed a new motor or a new car and they happen to have one that they could sell me? What was interesting is that when I dropped off the car the 1st thing the mechanic said was "we will let you know if you need a new motor"????? A few hours later I picked up my car and took it to AUTO CLINIC for a 2nd opinion a few blocks away from Clarks, they called me by the end of the day and said all my car needed was a water pump & timing belt $600... Yes I'm a women but I'm not stupid.

I brought our 2007 Ford Mustang to Bob's shop to remedy a number of squeaks. The car has more than 100,000 miles on it and had developed a number of squeaks and noises that where not going to go away on their own. The suspension problems were assessed and I approved Bob's plan to replace several suspension parts. The work was completed in a timely fashion. The car now rides like it did when new, no squeaks, no noises, We are really pleased with Clarke Automotive Services, he has my complete trust. I personally feel very comfortable being one of his clients.

I will be using Clarke Automotive as my primary "car" physician as they have mapped out a plan to extend my car's life to it's full potential.

This place was wonderful! The staff is very friendly and knowledgable. But most importantly, they are HONEST!! I came to Clark's looking for a second estimate. I had just been to a dealership and told that I needed 4 new break pads, 4 new rotors and a brake fluid wash that would run me $1017! I knew I couldn't afford that so I needed a second opinion. & I found my way here with a little help from Yelp. Once looking over my car, the owner told me that I didn't need ANY of those things right now. In fact, he said my back breaks had thousands of miles left on them and my front breaks will be just fine through the beginning of next year. I was dumbfounded - I went from a $1000 problem to no problem at all! He answered all my questions kindly, patiently and honestly. This establishment is kind of far away from where I live, but I will ALWAYS come back here because they are very reasonably priced and don't try to take advantage of unknowing patrons.
