Top service. Had transmission repair. Car runs great.

My wife and I were several hours away from home with our truck and camper when the truck began losing power. Fortunately we were able to get to the campground and not left on the road. I called Clarke Auto and spoke with Bob Clarke. Through several phone calls with me and the garage doing the work, over the next three days on the 4th of July weekend he found a service center, made sure the proper diagnostics were run to determine the problem, and then checked in on the 4th to make sure everything went well. When I thanked him for going over and above all he had to say was "I was just being a good neighbor". I am glad we found Clarke Auto and will continue taking our vehicles to them for service.

I saw solid reviews on Yelp for Clarke Automotive, and being that I had not found a local mechanic yet, I decided to give them a try. I am *very* glad I did. From setting the appointment, to dropping it off (with a free ride home and getting picked back up), to them not trying to upsell me things, and giving me a thorough explanation of what they did and way, I'm happy to say I've found my new mechanic.

Bob and Matt are always trustworthy. I feel confident when they service my vehicle that a) they will identify any issues, b) they will fix any issues and c) they will not do more than is necessary or over charge me. I depend on Clarke auto to keep my vehicles highly maintained and costs down.

I went to Clarke automotive recently expecting a hefty general maintenance bill. Bob informed all is good with the car. He did not attempt to "sell" me service for my car that I do not need at this time. I appreciate that very much. Other places are always trying to do the opposite.
