Went to Clarke Automotive this morning to get an estimate to replace the shocks on my 2013 Ram. I recently had the oil changed at another shop and they told me the front left was bad and all the others were going bad. They quoted $600 to replace all four. Another shop quoted over $800 without looking at my truck. The guys at Clarke asked if they could drive the truck and put it on their lift to check things out before giving me a price. I kind of thought they were going to try to find more things to fix, but I agreed. After about 20 minutes they asked me to come to the back to show me some things. I thought, here we go! To my surprise, what they showed me was that there is nothing wrong with my shocks. They went over all the components of the suspension and said there is nothing wrong with any of it. They did not try to sell me anything and charged nothing to check things out. It is so nice to find a honest automotive shop. Clarke Automotive has definently earned my future business with all 4 of my family's cars!! Thank you.
