Today was my first experience with the company. Mr. Bob Clark (Owner), Chris, Matt, and my technician Ray represent what customer service should be. Mr. Clark is the Motor Doctor of Tampa and surrounding area. Best prices and explanations to your issues with a standard of integrity that is above reproach. I will be a customer for life.

Bob and Matt were very accommodating and pleasant. They updated me on the status of my vehicle. The prices are very reasonable. I finally found an automotive shop that is honest and trustworthy.

These guys stood by their work until they found the mysterious intermittent electrical problem. Great business model.

Clarke's remarkable focus on customer service was clear moments after I walked through the door. I walked in "off the street" looking for a basic pre-sale used car inspection and left more impressed with Clarke than ANY other auto shop I have ever dealt with. Bob (the owner) sat us down, gave us unsolicited (and excellent) advice, got us in/out faster than expected and clearly acted with our wallet and our best interests in mind. WOW. I wish we lived closer...they would be our destination auto shop in a heartbeat!

They explain what they will do and notify you if any deviation from what quoted. Like their business protocol and customer friendly.

Bob and Matt always take superb care of my son's car, especially when he is heading back to college. We have been using Clarke Automotive for many years and they treat you like family. Bob and Matt are trustworthy and do not recommend extraneous service for your car. They work very hard to find the best and most economical solution for any troubles you might be having. I have complete faith in leaving my vehicles with them whether for regular maintenance or when something big happens.
