They provide excellent customer service and are very detailed oriented but most of all extremely professional. They always provide a detailed explanation of the car issues you are having in order to allow you to make an educated decision. I also love that the receipt they provide has all the charges listed including pictures of the issues found. Bob and Matt provide amazing customer service and prioritize what is really important. Every experience with Clarke Automotive has been a pleasant one. They make us feel very comfortable everytime we need to bring our cars because they are very transparent. Thank you so much for providing such excellent service to your customers.

I had my car towed to Clarkes due to massive vibration in my wheel. Bob got the car in, fixed it quickly and gave me advice on looking for a new car. Glad to have found him!

Before starting to come here I'd go to car dealership or other places for services. I was tired of being taken advantage of and for the sales people to always try to sell me a service I didn't need. I found Clark Automotive on Angie's list and they had very good reviews of way before the website became accessible to all, so I decided to give them a shot. They definitely live up to the good reviews. They are very professional and caring. They don't try to sell you what you don't need and will thoroughly explain why you need something, when you actually do. I've been going there for the past 3 years and never looked back.

These guys LITERALLY saved my life!! I cannot stress enough on the fact that being a first time car buyer, the vehicle had not been even 30 days under my possession & had already shown signs and of faulty performance. Calling Clarke Automotive was the best decision taken in this scenario after being disregarded and turned away from Tampa Honda (Original place of purchase) where they basically washed their hands and advised for me to outsource towards Nissan who “couldn’t find anything wrong” with my 2016 Nissan Altima (yes guys, I received a lemon with a flashing engine light—02/14/2020). As a result from TPA Honda failing to take care of this situation the very first time where it was made notice, as a consumer, I had to seek for a second opinion. This is where Bob Clarke and his team of experts stepped in to turn this already negative experience into an outstanding outcome. My most sincere gratitudes!!
