I have found Mr. Clark's service to be excellant even though it took two weeks. This was beyond his control because of parts delivery. I have already made Mr. Clark my permenate service center.

Bob Clarke is a very honest businessman who does his best to please his customers. H eis very knowlegeble and reliable and also very friendly. He is almost loke a member of the family. I trust my cars with him totally.

What a great experience. Needed minor/major repairs on a used Beetle. You all were so pleasant, nice and apparently very knowledgeable mechanically - have had no trouble whatsoever with the car. So, just for routine maintenance or whatever may happen, you have my business. It is comforting to find people who can be trusted. I pray God's blessing on your lives and business for that character trait that for the most part seems to have been lost by a good percentage of the population.

Mr. Clarke is very knowledgeable and honest and his people are obviously cut from the same mold. I needed extensive work to bring my 2003 Tundra maintenance up to date. Mr. Clarke and I talked extensively about my intentions for the vehicle, how we should proceed and what it would cost. He inspected the truck and we agreed on a plan to address Toyota's maintenance requirements and my specific concerns. He evaluated every part (and did not change some that were still in very good shape)and at the end of the day I had a great running truck and no suprises at checkout. I will be using Clarke Automotive form now on for all my vehicle maintenance needs.

All work was done efficiently and delivered on time.

Switching rims on my '89 Jeep, with rims purchased on craigslist. The size was incorrect but we were unable to identify this issue until the tire was actually taken off to compare. Clarke brought me into the shop to show what occurred, switched back to the original rim, and never charged for this internet cluster. Thank you Clarke Auto for not making a negative issue worse.
