Great experience 2nd time leaving a review meaning ive contunied using thees guys and contunied to recieve great service. Give them a try they go all out to fix whatever the issue is. If coarse the reson you take your car in is to have it fixed the fact that therr great people is a bonus. Give them a try youll be glad you did amd so will your car. Today may 22 2021 I'm updating they didn't do all that for this time just a few. But I was listing all I've think there done since beginning. Bob an his son Matt are very honest hard workers striving to make customers happy. And others I've interacted with are on point as well. Adding a lil more novemver 2022 they still are very good so stop by an give them a chance

I found Clark Automotive to be a highly competent and customer focused organization. They appear more focused on the appropriate maintenance to my 4Runner and safety of driving my vehicle than their bottom line results. The cost of my repairs were fair and they definitely will be my automobile maintenance shop going forward.

I have a hard time trusting anyone but after Extensive searching online and phone calls I ended up talking with Bob the owner and eventually Matt. They sounded very sincere and honest. I was still skeptical when taking my Chrysler 300 to anyone. They went out of their way to give me a ride and kept me up to date on anything they were doing changing the water pump and timing belt isn’t a simple job. Best price best service. They provide excellent customer service and are very detailed oriented but most of all extremely professional. They always provide a detailed explanation of the car issues you are having in order to allow you to make an educated decision. I also love that the receipt they provide has all the charges listed including pictures of the issues found. Bob and Matt provide amazing customer service and prioritize what is really important. Every experience with Clarke Automotive has been a pleasant one. They make us feel very comfortable everytime we need to bring our cars because they are very transparent. I had my car towed to Clarkes due to massive vibration in my wheel. Bob got the car in, fixed it quickly and gave me advice on looking for a new car. Glad to have found him!

Before starting to come here I'd go to car dealership or other places for services. I was tired of being taken advantage of and for the sales people to always try to sell me a service I didn't need. I found Clark Automotive on Angie's list and they had very good reviews of way before the website became accessible to all, so I decided to give them a shot. They definitely live up to the good reviews. They are very professional and caring. They don't try to sell you what you don't need and will thoroughly explain why you need something, when you actually do. I've been going there for the past 3 years and never looked back.
