Friendly folks. So far, so good on the work done (alternator replacement). Good warranty (2y/24mo). Curiosity - there is a charge for diagnosis (about $125 or so) that is not removed should you choose to get the work done there. I understand they must cover their time, but this is usually dropped if you choose to make the repair. This is the only oddity. Otherwise, the service and folks were cool. I'd use them again depending on the diagnosis charge response. It seems like an honest business.
