The shop is really fantastic a In every aspect that you would ask of your mechanic. They were going to make an appointment on Thursday for me to drop it off and since I couldn't drive it I asked to drop it off on Tuesday and they said that would be fine if I didn't mind it sitting and waiting until they could get to it which I thought was totally reasonable. But it turns out by Wednesday they had already diagnosed the problem and was calling me with a quote. What I've gotten used to at other shops is being told to drop it off and they'll get to it when they can. And when they can it's never this week. This was a steering and drive axle issue that the place that rebuilt the transmission (badly) didn't even feel confident enough to diagnose. These guys had it fixed and ready for me to pick up by Saturday of the same week I dropped it off. They found a ruined tie rod while they were doing the job and called me while their hands were still greasy letting me know about the extra part needed and that there would be no extra labor to replace it. I okayed it and they never broke stride and had it finished that same day. All the prices seem very reasonable to me and better than I've been being quoted elsewhere and I've been driving the van for a week now and clearly their work was perfect and everything is fine. I really appreciate the professionalism at Clarke. I can't imagine what more you could want from your mechanic. They're just doing all this so well because that's how they want to do it clearly it is not necessary in this marketplace, no one else seems to be doing it. While all the other guys are wasting my time and money and not fixing my problems these guys are doing it old-school and ticking every box on the list. They've got a customer for life out of me and my business.

They are very professional and know what they are talking about. They were able to see what was wrong with my car and fixed the problem without charging an arm and and a leg. They give you all the details so that you can decide what you want to handle first and they even have financing. I was recommended by my family to go there and I would tell my friends that they need to go there to get all of their car issues fixed.

This place is amazing! Easy to book an appointment online, they had me in and out within 30 minutes. I’m so used to being stuck for 3 hours at a dealership for an oil change and then them bringing me $1500 of “repairs” that are needed. Not here! Guys at the desk were super nice and I overheard the owner talking with another customer about a repair he needed, being very honest and patient. This is a place I’m comfortable bringing my car issues to. Thank you guys!
