I have used them in past. Polite, professions, fix it right the first time and pricing fair in these inflated times. I have given them five stars reviews in the past and had to drop to 4 this time for my visit repair in July 2024. The reason is this is this first time in 4 decades of auto service that I paid a diagnostic charge when I gave them the go ahead for repair. I can understand a diagnostic change if you tell them no if you dont like the repair estimate because everyone needs to be paid for their time. I dont understand paying a diagnostic charge when the repair was done because they cant fix the problem until they figure out what it is. The approximately $200 diagnostic charge should have been removed from my final bill.
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We appreciate your continued support over the years and your kind words about our service. I’m sorry to hear about your recent experience with the diagnostic charge. Diagnostics have become one of the more time-consuming and expensive aspects of automotive repair. We always itemize this on the bill to ensure full transparency, so customers are aware they are paying for the diagnosis, regardless of whether they approve the repair or not. If you have any more questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly.
