A Christian family ran shop with people who are very honest

Had my car towed there on a Saturday for a misfiring engine. Called to give them my info and a rundown of the problem. Was greeted on the phone by the owner, Bob, who showed genuine concern for getting my car repaired and back to me quickly, despite the fact it was a weekend. He followed up with me throughout the day as promised, with diagnosis and quote. Once I Ok'd it, they got to work right away. By Monday afternoon they were calling to inform me it was ready for pick up, and even offered to come get me. They were fairly priced, and despite the other issues with my car that I've had on the back burner, they were honest about the urgency of those repairs, instead of exaggerating them to make more money. I've got 2 vehicles in my driveway and they now have a life long customer for anything that I need in the future. Thanks Clarke team, you guys are awesome!

Upon recommendation by a friend I brought my 2010 Honda CR-V into Clarke Automotive for new rear struts and a couple of other issues. This was as an alternative to bringing it into the dealership, which I had always thought to charge inflated prices. Bob, Matt and Chris were very knowledgeable and friendly to work with. My car was ready in a timely manner and for much less than the dealership had quoted. Most importantly my car runs and maneuvers like a new car again. I will definitely bring my car back to Clarke Automotive for any future maintenance.

Great people, very knowledgeable, fair, and most importantly honest. When my truck had been diagnosed with a catastrophic engine problem from my previous mechanic, the team at Clarke's was able to correctly track down the real issue and remedy. Not only that, but they checked out the engine and tranny to make sure it was worth the investment of the repair before giving me my options. I have been with them ever since and I am more than pleased.

Mr. Bob Clark is a man who is passionate about his job. Couple that passion with his Christian values and you have a recipe for superb customer service. Chris, Matt, and my technician, Ray, are subject matter experts in their craft. To cap it off their prices are so much reasonable than Brandon Toyota with quality service to match. I was blown away by their professionalism. Clearly, a top-notch company that takes care of its customer. You will not be disappointed.

These guys are grade A gentlemen. They offered to help me out with my truck when I was in a pinch. Provided clear and honest pricing, explained to me thoroughly the steps they had taken to help me solve it. And in the end, made everything right. They change your expectations of what a mechanic can be. Great job, thank you!
