Took my 2012 Jetta GLI to Clarke’s for a second opinion after a miserable experience at a local dealership..Right from the start they were friendly, understanding and most important-HONEST! Clarke’s was able to diagnose the issue right away unlike the dealerships failed attempt-they never bothered hooking up the car and scan for error codes. Matt answered all my questions and explained everything in detail prior to doing the work. Price of the repair was very reasonable and I also received 10% off the total amount of the bill for being a first time client. My Jetta is now running better than ever!
