So very impressed with the personalized professionalism!! From calling to make the appointment to picking up my car when it was done, it was the best experience I’ve had at a mechanic shop. Chris explained in detail the process from beginning to end. They called me to let me know exactly what I needed for my car. I went in thinking I was going to need all 4 brake pads and all rotors resurfaced. I only needed one set of pads and resurfacing of one set of rotors. LOVE THE HONESTY!!! They even called me to ask if I needed a ride back to the shop to pick up my car! Outstanding service and honest prices! This will be the only place I take my car from now on.

Bob Clarke and his team of automotive experts always provide excellent service and a stellar experience when maintaining any of my three Chrysler 300s. The shop is neat and clean and my vehicles are returned to me that way also. Matt takes care of my service orders. He is always professional and courteous. He is sure to keep me updated on service and any "unexpected changes". I like that he lets me know when something additional may be needed and confirms with me BEFORE the work is done, not after. Kudos!
