I have been using Clarke Automotive for over 2 years.Other companies try to gouge you but not Clarke’s. When I take my 2013 Mazda CX-9 in, they tell me what needs to be done now and what can wait. My most recent visit was for an oil change and routine maintenance with an added concern for the brakes. They diagnosed the brake issue. Then they did research and discovered that the brake repair was covered under a manufacturer’s service bulletin. So instead of doing the work and charging me for it (a $700 expense), they contacted the dealership about it and referred me to them - where the work was free. They could easily have just done the work themselves and I would never have known it was covered at the dealer. I trust Clarke Automotive for honest efficient service and I recommend them to everyone.

Went in without an appointment with what I thought would be a minor problem. Clarke’s team noted another area of concern which I am sure would have eventually left me stranded somewhere if not addressed. Work was completed on everything on a timely basis. Thanks, guys.

Over two years going to this shop and I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else! They are very helpful answering any questions, knowledgeable and I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of. Very honest and reliable service. Highly recommend!

It was a very good experience to work with them very knowledgeable understanding friendly did not give me the run around either took me in and said im family and told me to let them look at it and they were very good if i took it to Meineke or Firestone any other popular auto parts place they want to charge me an arm and a leg and an extra arm and leg these guys care about u they even offer to give me a uber to work so i wood not be late for work A+ In my book i like it a lot thanks for the great service
