Clarke automotive is a great place if you want honesty and great service. i took my car there for a second opinion and saved well over 1,000 dollars. they could have very well agreed with the other service dealer and we would have paid over 1k dollars for something we did not need. they were honest and upfront about what we needed. we have gone to them previously and had nothing but great experiences. I would recommended them to anyone, now are family only goes to Clarke's. Good service, personal service, great service AND HONESTY.............

Bob always takes the time to clearly lay out the price on how much anything that the car needs done. He make sure you understand what is needed and lets you know how urgent each issue is. His goal is to keep your vehicle running properly at the right price.

BobGlad to see this email; I was going to call and tell you the following: several weeks ago I was in for an oil change and then a few days ago I checked the air in my tires and discovered that all 4 tires were inflated to 39 psi....door sticker on car recommends 32psi. You may want to check your air gauge to see if it is accurate, ( I checked my tires with 2 different gauges just to make sure the original 39psi reading was correct)

Both Bob and Matt were Courteous and helpful. Matt provided a good overview of the car's mechanical status and made several recommendations for future consideration.

If I had known the total cost for replacing the door ajar switch I would not have opted to have it done. The part was a reasonable price but I was not told about the diagnostic work or the labor which meant a lot more money.
