Clarke's has taken great care of our vehicle even when the problem is intermittent they go above and beyond to diagnose and offer real insight not try to sell the most expensive things it could be just to rule something out.

Clarke Automotive is my “go to” place for anything other than normal oil change & tire rotations because I trust their analysis of what needs to be done and the quality of their work. The only reason I don’t use them for everything is that they are quite some distance from me, but for anything significant it is worth the drive.

First time using Clarke. I needed standard 75k mileage services and the dealer rates were shocking, even for a dealer. AI (Gemini) recommended I try Clarke. They got me in immediately, did quick work, and charged me at least 1/3 less than the dealer. Very prompt and courteous. Their automated system kept me updated with texts throughout the repair process. Upon check out, they provided a list of future services which I told them I likely needed, and those costs were about 1/2 of the dealer rates. Very good First impression.

They do a great job and are efficient. Becky was great too.

First visit to Clarke, and found them to be knowledgeable, and with a helpful staff. I presented them an issue that needed troubleshooting over a few days and Matt and Ms Becky made sure I was informed with all details along the way. We will return for future needs.

This is not our first time to Clarke, yet the first time with my 2023 Mazda CX5. All I’ve had to do so far is oil changes and air filter changes for maintenance. I was told by Ferman Mazda Brandon that my vehicle needed $3800 in repairs ASAP; that it wasn’t safe to drive because of a suspension “gasket” than was worn. What?! A gasket or bushing doesn’t last even 50k miles!? The dealership also wanted $500 to water test my vehicle. There was a funky smell like mold/mildew with NOthing wet inside my car. Sunroof drain tubes worked perfectly. So dang frustrating!! I didn’t have faith in them. Becky with Clarke Automotive is my new bestie! We’d talked several times about my husband’s vehicle. She personally checked for the smell several times as well as the mechanic. We decided to sanitize the a/c condenser. That helped. Nothing the dealership said was necessary was. Not one thing. All this to say, Clarke Automotive and their entire staff are exceptional!! Becky and Billie Jo are excellent front people for the company. They are personable, knowledgeable and honest as well as appreciate and honor the owners of the company. Go to Clarke Automotive in Brandon. You’ll be glad you did and so will your bank account.
