I first contacted Clarke around April 20th regarding my 2018 Ford F-150, which needed a new transmission. From that very first phone call, the experience was outstanding. Becky is exactly the kind of person every company hopes to have representing them. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me. After speaking with her, I felt completely confident that Clarke would take good care of both me and my truck. Fast forward to todaythe truck runs great, the entire repair process went smoothly, and everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous. It's not often in the automotive repair industry that you find a shop you can truly trust to provide quality work while treating customers fairly and honestly. Clarke exceeded my expectations. Unexpected problem popped up. Initially took car to Christian Brothers Automotive since they were close. Christian Brothers promised me they would be able to look at car the same day. They lied. Kept my car 1/2 a day and did NOTHING. The next day I had it towed to Clarke Automotive. Clarke automotive stayed open late to make sure they got back to me with an answer the same day. And had my car up and running the next day. I've taken my car to Clarke several times. Always impressed by the communication and dedication to do the right thing

Responsive and courteous

I went for an oil change after hearing about the business at my church. It’s nice to have a mechanic who is known by a community of people. My experience was exceptional. The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable. They recommended a service but didn’t push for it to be done ASAP the way a corporation style mechanic would. And I was assured that when I come back for the longer appointment I will be able to have a ride if needed. I’m very happy and looking forward to doing more business with them. Thanks to the whole team for making me feel welcome and at ease.
